Nightmare experience. They changed our loan officer 3 times in the same week, would not return our phone calls. We nearly lost our house because of their very poor communication.

We had to call repeatedly to get any information about our loan. The Regional Manager (Anthony Mosley) was so unprofessional, he cursed at my wife over the phone and told her not to call again.

It's evident that much of their work is farmed out to other offices and they have a difficult time communicating internally.
